After two decades in leadership roles within global financial institutions, Ankur transitioned to the renewable energy sector, leveraging his deep industry insights and business acumen, he has played a key role in advancing sustainable energy initiatives before establishing his own venture in the sector.
JIGAR BHUPTANI
(Co-Founder)Jigar Bhuptani is a seasoned electrical engineer with over 14 years of diverse experience in manufacturing, research, and the renewable energy sector. He has played a pivotal role in the planning, design, execution, supervision, operations and maintenance of over 300 MW of rooftop and utility-scale solar projects.
Jigar has built his expertise across multiple facets of solar project development, including technical feasibility studies, system design, procurement, and substation engineering.
MRUGESH BHATT
(Co-Founder)Mrugesh Bhatt brings over 20 years of expertise to the solar industry. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from BVCE, Pune and is a Certified Chartered Electrical Engineer accredited by The Institution of Engineers (India).
Mrugesh has successfully managed projects totaling 400MW in Senior roles. Renowned for his proficiency in liaising with government bodies to secure approvals, he excels in navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
SUBHASH PANCHAL
(Co-Founder)Subhash Panchal holds a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Business Management from the prestigious London College of Accountancy (Anglia Ruskin University), London.
With an impressive 17-year career spanning retail, carbon credits, power trading, REC projects, and the solar industry. Subhash brings strong accounting and financial analytical skills, making him a valuable asset in delivering impactful and sustainable business solutions.
Hardik Mekhiya
(AGM - Engineering Design)Hardik Mekhiya is an accomplished Electrical Engineer with a B.E. degree and over 9 years of experience in solar project design and implementation. His expertise encompasses rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems, with proficient use of tools such as AutoCAD, PV Syst, and SketchUp. Hardik has played a pivotal role in high-impact projects, including the design and procurement for solar plants exceeding 500 MWp and a notable 50 MWp project. His technical proficiency and comprehensive background make him a valuable asset to our engineering team.
Aakash Chandeshra
(AGM - Technical)Aakash Chandeshra holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University and brings 8 years of experience in the solar industry. His expertise spans the successful execution, planning, and estimation of over 50 MW of ground-mount solar projects and more than 150 MW of rooftop solar projects. With a strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, Aakash also possesses extensive experience in the operation and maintenance of both ground-mount and rooftop solar systems, making him a key contributor to innovative and efficient solar solutions.
Alpesh Radadiya
(AGM - Technical)Alpesh Radadiya, a skilled Electrical Engineer (B.E.), offers 8 years of expertise in project planning, execution, risk tracking, quality management and performance analysis for rooftop and ground-mount solar projects. His extensive experience includes managing multi-MW renewable energy projects, coupled with proficient oversight of operations and maintenance for both ground-mount and rooftop solar initiatives.
